Why WordPress Themes are Derivative of WordPress (via Mark on WordPress)

I feel like this sort of thing should be a given, but hey, I guess not everyone see’s things the same way. To me, it’s a no-brainer, and shouldn’t even have been necessary to clarify so thoroughly.
